  1. It is forbidden to divorce the woman during her menses
  2. Pronouncement of three divorces
  3. Atonement is essential for one who made his wife unlawful for himself without the intention of divorce
  4. Mere giving of option of divorce to women does not make divorce effective, but when it is really intended.
  5. Ila and keeping away from wives.
  6. There is no maintainance allowance for one who has been given irrevocable divorce.
  7. One who is divorced by three pronouncements ot whose husband has died can get out of her house for a need during her period of 'Idda.
  8. The period of "Idda comes to an end with the birth of the child.
  9. It is obligatory to abstain from adornment during the "Idda period, but mourning beyond three days is prohibited.

  11. Emancipating a slave
  12. The right of inheritance of property vests with one who emancipates the slave
  13. It is forbidden to sell Al-Wala' (the right of inherentance of a slave) and its confering on others
  14. It is forbidden for a slave to take anyone as his ally except one who emancipates him
  15. Excellence of emancipating a slave
  16. Excellence of securing the emancipation of father.
